Our practice is not
limited to railroad injury cases. Although we have successfully handled
claims against most major railroads in the US (including CSX, Norfolk Southern,
Conrail, Norfolk & Western, Illinois Central, Burlington Northern & Santa Fe,
Union Pacific, Amtrak & others) and specialize in these cases, we also handle
other plaintiff claims such as automobile and trucking accidents, medical
malpractice, occupational diseases and toxic chemical leaks or spills as a
result of derailment.
We study Federal
and State case law and subscribe to periodicals written about the FELA. We are
equipped with exhibits necessary to go to court, including model railroad cars
and locomotives, engineering and safety rule books, photographs and diagrams of
equipment, specification books, medical models and diagrams, and maps of tracks
and yards.
We
use computerized legal research to obtain the latest railroad
information. The lawyers in our firm have dedicated their
careers to representing railroad workers and they do not handle
wills, estates, corporate law, or other similar cases.
Our lawyers are old enough to be experienced, but young enough
to withstand the physical rigors of traveling from state to
state to represent your interests. We will go to court and have
been admitted to practice in all the states in our area.
Our mission is to provide you with an effective, efficient
representation with a speedy resolution of the case. We like and
respect our clients and want our clients to like and respect us
as friends and confidants.

family. I can't say enough about him."
